 Sofix was started in Chattanooga, TN in 1990 and manufactures color formers. When paper is properly treated with color formers, an image forms on the paper when pressure (Carbonless Paper) or heat (Thermal Paper) is applied. Thermal paper is used for receipts, tickets, barcode labels, lottery tickets and many other applications. |
